Giancarlo Esposito teases The Mandalorian Season 3 is a "sight and sound extravaganza"!

Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon) recently spoke to Collider about The Mandalorian, and teased a more "expanded" and "visually profound" season 3. Just like the show's creator Jon Favreau, Giancarlo explained that the story is only going to get bigger and grander. He praised the incorporation of mythological elements into the storyline and says that with each episode, the show feels more like a movie.  Just in case you weren't already pumped for season 3, prepared to get hyped because you can read some more of what Giancarlo had to say here:

Here's a quote from Giancarlo's interview with Collider.com:

Look, we can say a lot of words about a lot of different things, just like Kaleidoscope. But I think when you watch it, you have the space to feel emotion and connection between characters. The Mandalorian, you have the space to feel the largess of this universe, of this world-building. And you have the space to see where you fit in. God, I wish I could be that warrior, that hero, that heroine. And we see the weakness and the power of the villainous who want for themselves and not for the whole. What I love about this show, it is about our army, is about all of us who are starting to understand, once again, it's for the people and by the people. And if we stand up and allow our voices to be heard, and understand there's strength in numbers, we can then recreate the world as it should be in peace, harmony, and creatively, scientifically, and politically, a way for us to understand that there are no borders anymore. The Mandalorian exemplifies all of that.

Giancarlo further added that season 3 is "off the chain". A sense of community and our role within that community seems to be a theme for the upcoming season, and it makes sense as Din may possibly have to learn to co-exist with many more Mandalorians, all with their own beliefs. The strength of numbers and political aspects make it sound like we can expect a more well rounded and complex story , compared to the previous two seasons.

I hope Giancarlo continues to talk because so far among the entire cast and crew, he's been the one who dishes out the most information about the show and its future.
